SB12 Adhesive

Surface Prep:

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust, dirt, grease, oil or any other contamination.  Clean Surface with wire brush.  Shiny surfaces should be dulled or sanded if painted.

Application:  Do NOT apply on wet or frosted surfaces.  Recommended outside temperature range is 30-50 degrees Fahrenheit.  Keep material at room temp before use when temperature is 50 degrees or below.  Carry in cab of truck when going to a job site.  Insert the cartridge into caulking gun, cut nozzle to desired bead size and puncture seal with a wire or nail.  Adhere marker to barrier wall, guardrail, curb, etc.  Pull unit away to allow adhesive to flash solvents for a better bond.  Then re-apply to same area.  

Storage:  Store at less than 100 Degrees Fahrenheit in upright position and keep away from freezing temps.
